RATES and RESERVATION INFORMATION
• Room rates are subject to Hawaii State G.E.T. and Hotel
Accommodation/Transient Tax of 13.4166%.
• All reservations are subject to $40.00 reservation fee.
• Reservations must be secured by a $350.00 deposit.
• Full prepayment due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Valid credit card required upon check-in.
• Deposit less $100.00, is refundable if cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival.
• If reservation cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, deposit will be non-refundable.
• Visa, Mastercard and American Express accepted.
• Hotel room occupancy, up to two persons.
• One bedroom occupancy, up to four persons.
• Two bedroom occupancy, up to six persons.
• All rooms must have at least one occupant 21 years or older.
• Check-in time 3 pm. Check-out time 11 am.
• Rates, taxes and fees subject to change without notice.
• We will do our best to accommodate all requests, however request is subject to availability.
