Unit 612
is a sixth (top) floor, luxuriously appointed one bedroom, 1.5 bath condominium at the Kihei (Key-Hay) Surfside Resort, Maui, with a breathtaking ocean view.
The unit has a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen including Corian countertops, island, dishwasher and ice maker. The living room has a flat panel TV, desk with telephone (free long distance calling to the US and Canada), and free hi-speed internet, private enlarged lanai and a queen sized sofa bed.
This beautiful unit has been recently and tastefully remodeled. The bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath with bench. The unit is fully equipped with utensils, fresh linen and towels, iron/ironing board, hairdryer and beach gear that includes chairs, towels and cooler. The unit is equipped with multi-speed ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom. Laundry facilities are available on site.

Kihei Surfside details
In addition to the above rates, there is a one time reservation fee of $25 and Hawaii state tax of 13.42%. There is an $85 cleaning fee for stays of less than 5 nights. Subject to availability, there is no charge to change dates within 48 hours of making a reservation, but a $25 fee for changes made after 48 hours. We do not accept Credit Cards, but we can send you an email invoice for the full balance (not just the deposit or the final payment) through PayPal, which you can pay online with your credit card, but they (PayPal) charge a 3% fee, which gets added to your total.
